• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included

• You must present the original receipt or order confirmation

2. Click on the order you want to return

3. Select “Return Request” and provide a brief reason

4. Our team will review and approve your request automatically (if eligible)

5. A delivery agent will collect the item from your address

💸 Refund & Replacement

• For eligible returns, you can choose a replacement or a full refund

• Refunds for digital payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are processed within 5–7 business days

• For Cash on Delivery, we offer a refund via mobile payment

❗Important Notes

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return

• Automatic return is not applicable to items marked as non-returnable
